PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
 
Having worked for major consulting and construction companies such as Rider Hunt, Ron McMaster Group and Matrix in the design and construction roles since 1974 and providing consultant management services to builders since 1994, Darryl has built and consolidated his broad experience and continues to apply his skills in current projects in design management and project management roles for Real Development Solutions' current construction company clients in Queensland and Papua New Guinea.  
 
This resource is almost unique as Darryl applies his knowledge and experience from within his career working with developers to manage, for his 'design and construct' builder clients, the design and construction of their projects that meet the expectations of the market and the end users. 
 
With his 'client partnering' approach, the clients can be assured of 'value for money' for their projects delivered to their brief and needs.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
 
From a long period working for builder / developer Ron McMaster Group from 1981 and a close client working relationship with developer Ray Group from 1995, Darryl drew confidence in being able to apply his project management skills in a full development management role with developer M2 Property Group from 2003. 
 
In 2005, an opportunity for Real Development Solutions to manage Ray Group's resort hotel and residential developments and residential land subdivisions for M2 Property Group presented the ideal platform for Darryl to hone his development management skills. 
 
Following the fulfillment of that commission in 2008, Real Development Solutions was engaged to provide full development management services for M2 Property Group and Acuity in residential developments and Kor Property Group in residential land subdivisions and selected management services for other clients. 
 
With Darryl's extensive project management experience from his association with construction companies, the development projects are designed and value managed to a cost planned budget and in a way that is cost effective through efficient 'buildability' and thorough head contractor management.
